Small enough to use.
Strong enough to matter.
Short, practical exercises for grounding, emotional clarity, boundaries, self-compassion, grief, and connection. No forced positivity. No pretending.
How to use these
A practice is an experiment, not a test.
Try one gently. Keep what helps. Adapt what does not. If a practice increases distress, stop and return to something familiar or reach out for qualified support.
Some people find breath or body-focused exercises activating. You can orient visually, hold a familiar object, listen to music, or simply leave the exercise.
Your 3-step practice rhythm
- Arrive: notice where you are and what capacity you actually have.
- Choose: use the smallest version of the practice that feels workable.
- Close: name what changed, even if the answer is “not much.”
Consistency grows more readily from kindness than coercion.
